Pelitt UDrive
There is no need to make a fuss where it makes no sense. UDrive, the new car DVR from Pelitt, does not need such "support". Its oudstanding appearance, unique interface and good user experience could keep up with the best in the league, whereas its price still would please every bargain hunter.

If you demand from your car cam something more than just low-quality drafts, UDrive is able to hand over fixed-focus, Blu-ray sharp, fantastically differentiated videos, exposing full range of color and being highly responsive to changes of dynamics (HDR).

The extra fast Ambarella A7 LA50 processor together with optics consisting of 6 glass lenses allow shooting crystal clear SuperHD clips (the resolution of 2304 x 1296 px at 30 fps, with 20 MB/s bitrate). This setup is perfectly efficient both during the day and at night - even with the headlights off when dark, the road conditions and the road itself can be seen.
As one can tell by its external form, UDrive can also take quality pictures, with the resolution up to 16 Mpx (5321 x 2988 px) by interpolation. Their overall tonal balance, details presentation and color palette are more of that known from full-fledged cameras than stills taken out of a DVR movie.

Facing the driver is a 2-inch color LCD display with image improved by TFT technology and pointing out at the road ahead is an objective lens capable of capturing SuperHD videos with the entire view out of the front windshield. 170º wide viewing angle lets you cover up to 5 lanes of the roadway without image distortion.

Thanks to internal rechargeable battery, motion sensor automatically starts recording in case the picture in front of the car cam changes, what saves space on your memory card and is useful to monitor events in the parking lot. Shock sensor responds to changes in position of the vehicle in space, and also automatically starts recording.

UDrive records a continuous loop of the action happening outside of the front windshield (or wherever you choose to mount it), overwriting old footage as it loops around with new imagery.

Beside stylish and innovative design, two things seem to primarily come into play when speaking of UDrive: the ease of use and seamless integration with computers and TV screens. You can search your media files from the display interface level but thanks to HDMI and TV outputs, you can also take the device out of the car and enjoy them in all manner of ways.

UDrive is an extremely successful unit, but if you look for a device comparable in specs and features that is even more compact than UDrive, be sure to take a glance at our VDrive camcorder as well.
